Live Couples Massage 3/23/2023

This first class I want to cover some basics on lower back and leg pain. We'll be working the lower body effortlessly in a fun, supported way that's easy for everyone to follow. No table or oils are necessary and we'll be fully clothed for the duration. This is based on Thai massage, which is mat based so you can make a comfortable pad on the floor for your knees and your partner.

My camera setup means that I'll be running my 4 cameras into zoom to show you exactly what I'm doing Live. You can ask questions, get answers and we'll likely be live for about 2 hours with 45 minutes giving and receiving with your partner as the goal. Keep in mind if you want friends in on class as well that's encouraged in your space. The spots in class for sale are limited to 6 as I believe that will give us the maximum interaction and group camaraderie without interruptions.

3/23 at 6pm CST is the date. If you for some reason cannot make that day no worries at all. I plan on hosting these regularly to help more people. :)
